She is exceptionally knowledgeable and thorough, and her willingness to represent us with our independent inspector and at our walkthrough was very much appreciated! Buying a house and moving can be one of the most complicated and draining experiences in life. Thankfully my wife and I had the good fortune to have Rebecca Feldman as our realtor to help us, guide us and advise us during the process. She is nothing short of amazing. Her ability to research, her attention to detail, and her insight into processes and procedures is incredible. She helped us find the perfect house in a great location. I don’t even know where to begin. I am so happy in my new home, and Rebecca made it happen! I was a first time home buyer, so this entire process was intimidating and overwhelming, but Rebecca was there to support me every step of the way. I told her my wants and needs, and she delivered. She invests in her clients and does everything she can to meet their needs. She kept me updated daily and was willing to show a property at a moment’s notice. When we found the perfect property, she worked quickly and made it happen. She built a relationship with the seller’s agent and we were able to make fair compromises. She is knowledgeable and does her research. She was available at all hours and made me feel important. She has a great team behind her and is trustworthy and honest. I will be forever thankful for her and this little gem she found me that I call home!

Rebecca is a phenomenal realtor. She is communicative, has excellent follow-through, and looks out for her clients interests. Rebecca truly cares about her clients having the best experience possible. She makes sure to understand your goals and gives data-driven advice to inform decision making. Rebecca was great! Easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable. Worked on your schedule, didn't have an issue driving all over denver suburbs to show homes. I would highly reccommend her to anyone and everyone.

Rebecca was amazing to work with. As first time home buyers, we were pretty lost, but Rebecca explained everything to us in a non-condescending way and always checked in with us that we understood what was happening. She was so knowledgeable of the process and of what to look for in houses. We ended up asking millions of questions and she knew the answer or would get back to us within the day with the answer. She was always on top of everything and responded almost immediately. She was able to get us the dream house we wanted and negotiated so we got everything we wanted!

I was window shopping at open houses in September 2019 when I met Rebecca. I spoke with a number of agents and shared my interests and needs, but only Rebecca actively sought out information about what I was looking for and made some recommendations on houses that met my criteria, all before I even signed on with her. That proactive help is what sealed the deal for me. She helped me get the house my fiancee and I wanted and negotiated to make sure the broken sewer line and recalled electrical box were replaced before I moved in. She recommended great inspectors and repair men. Full service!

Rebecca suggested the price I should offer and it was spot on with the appraisal value. She was very proactive in negotiating the items found during the inspection. The seller was a bit difficult but Rebecca followed through on everything. I had a lease buyout at my apartment of over $6,000 and Rebecca posted the apartment on several rental sites for me. We found someone who might be willing to take over my lease (still waiting on the application process). I've bought several homes over the years and Rebecca was by far the best advocate for the buyer.

This professional got me 2 thousand dollars back on my closing day, negotiated a contract that help me outbid the competition and was always very responsive toy questions and lack of knowledge. She really helped me get the house I wanted in my budget.
